Siemens Energy Mexico seeks a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing and assembly operations, ensuring targets, quality, and safety are met. You will coordinate people, equipment, and resources while collaborating across Quality, Engineering, Human Resources, EHS, Finance, and IT teams to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

You will develop your team through training, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with EHS and Quality policies.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or industrial assembly.
• Knowledge of CNC machinery, industrial equipment, and reading mechanical/electrical drawings.
• Experience with SAP; familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.

A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Production Supervisor, you will lead daily manufacturing and assembly operations, ensuring that production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently achieved. You will coordinate people, equipment, and resources while fostering a collaborative environment across Quality, Engineering, Human Resources, EHS, Finance, and IT teams. Your ability to drive operational excellence, support continuous improvement, and develop your team will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and business success.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead and coordinate the human and material resources within the assigned production area to ensure operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with established quality standards, production schedules, and customer delivery commitments.
• Promote the proper operation and utilization of machinery and equipment through effective training and development programs.
• Drive a strong safety culture by ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of employees in all work areas.
• Monitor and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), including production plan adherence, overtime control, inventory management, maintenance coordination, and time reporting accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with Siemens Energy's Integrated Management System, including EHS and Quality policies, procedures, and standards.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 year of experience within a manufacturing, production, or industrial assembly environment.
• Knowledge of CNC machinery, industrial equipment, manufacturing processes, materials, and interpretation of mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Experience working with SAP and familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Intermediate English proficiency, both written and verbal.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, risk management, emotional intelligence, and teamwork skills, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
