Plexus Corp. is seeking a production leadership professional in Mexico to drive production KPIs for the assigned area and manage production supervisors. This role collaborates in CFT meetings to improve delivery and quality across accounts, with attention to complex products and accounts.

The leader will exemplify Plexus Core Values and focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring employees receive development and coaching to realize their full potential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of related experience required or equivalent

Responsabilidades

• Drive production KPIs for assigned area.
• Manage direct reports (production supervisors) performance and development.
• Participate in cross-functional team (CFT) meetings to drive delivery and quality results.
• Handle more complex accounts or products.
• Lead by example to embody Plexus Core Values and focus on succession planning, development, and coaching.

• Typically is responsible for more complex accounts or products
• Responsible to exemplify and hold their team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values. Leader will focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring their employees receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential.

Education/Experience Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 3 or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.
