Plexus Corp. in Mexico's Focus Factory seeks a Manager to provide operational leadership, drive tactical execution, and oversee the facility's financial performance. You will set a vision for continuous improvement and ensure staff development and clear communication across the site.

Responsibilities include creating production schedules, aligning resources to forecasts, maintaining quality standards, and representing the factory in quarterly forecast reviews to meet customer needs within budget.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5 or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Develop production schedules based on financial forecasts, customer commitments and validated by load/capacity analysis.
• Manage focus factory to drive productivity and the corporate and factory level goals.
• Execute focus factory resource reviews based on financial and customer commitments to ensure sufficient human and equipment resources are available to meet business objectives.
• Ensure product and process quality compliance with internal, industry and customer quality standards.
• Represent the focus factory in the development of quarterly forecast reviews, ensuring customer expectations are met within budget constraints.
• Responsible to exemplify and hold their team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values. Leader will focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring their employees receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential.

Purpose Statement:

The Manager - Focus Factory is responsible for overall operational leadership, tactical execution, and financial performance of the assigned Focus Factory. Direct responsibility for providing the vision to develop and execute the following: continuous improvement initiatives, operational planning, product quality assurance, staff management/development, customer satisfaction, and effective communication both within the Focus Factory and with site associates/management

Key Job Accountabilities

• Develop production schedules based on financial forecasts, customer commitments and validated by load/capacity analysis.
