Hubbell Incorporated in Chihuahua seeks a compliance and materials control specialist to identify and mitigate risks across facilities and processes. You will implement safety and quality controls, draft procedures, and train staff to uphold regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include ensuring Annex 30 and ERP inventory accuracy, BOM validations, and coordinating with engineering on material changes and waste handling.

Formación

  • Experience in preventive analysis and control of temporary import inventories.
  • Experience with material reconciliations and inventory discharge in the Annex 24 system.
  • Knowledge of government platforms such as SAT, VUCEM, and INEGI.

  • Implement, monitor, and manage safety and quality by ensuring compliance with OEA/CTPAT security standards.
  • Draft and update procedures, work instructions, and manuals.
  • Develop and implement staff training programs.
  • Experience in validating, interpreting, and maintaining Bills of Materials (BOMs) and production processes, ensuring their accuracy and alignment with current operational requirements.
  • Experience and proficiency in utilizing reconciliation tools to analyze, monitor, and resolve open balances within the Annex 24 inventory control system
  • Mantain and manage control of overdue balances while ensuring the proper administration of inventories.
  • Follow up on engineering changes affecting materials.
  • Manage, administer, and control the proper handling of production scrap and waste.
  • Knowledge of government platforms, including SAT, VUCEM, and INEGI.
