• Asistencia diaria de recursos humanos.
• Seguimiento de celdas en operación.
• Captura de tiempos muertos.
• Monitoreo hora a hora.
• Reporte de incidencias y faltas.
• Gestión del programa de vacaciones.
• Seguimiento de 5S y prácticas Gemba.
• Actualización de pizarrones de producción.
• Impresión de formatos para producción.
• Actualización de métricas de producción.
