Job Description

You will act as the center of control, providing support and skills to ensure smooth operations, including managing budgets, expenses, ordering supplies, and handling calls and emails.

How You Will Contribute

  • Provide administrative support and build effective relationships with those you support
  • Handle duties related to budgets, expenses, and purchasing processes
  • Answer calls and emails, responding appropriately to queries and requests
  • Manage archiving and filing in line with statutory requirements and company policy
  • Complete and update reports, maintaining systems and data
  • Undertake additional projects and tasks as required
  • Coordinate logistics for travel, events, meetings, and training
