Four Seasons Cabo location seeks a Security Assistant Manager to lead the security team, mitigate risk, and ensure guest, resident, and employee safety. You will manage safety programs, coordinate emergency planning, and supervise security staff to maintain a secure luxury environment.

The role requires 2–3 years in luxury hotel security, bilingual Spanish/English, CPR certification (preferred), and valid MX work authorization.

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant work experience in luxury hotel security.
• Self-driven and strategic resourcing professional.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual Spanish and English.
• Experience with security equipment and CCTV systems.
• CPR certified (preferred).
• Valid work authorization in Mexico.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain Health and Safety Management system including safety statements, risk assessments, and training.
• Schedule, discipline and direct security personnel in policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement fire and emergency plan and drills.
• Document incidents and maintain comprehensive reports; guide investigations.
• Supervise day-to-day security staff to protect residents, employees, and property.
• Oversee CCTV, access control, alarm systems and incident response processes.

The SecurityAssistant Manager isaleader that has the capability and responsibility tosupportofficers,supervisors tomitigate any riskinto theproperty,help to keepthe safety and wellbeing ofguests,homeowners,colleaguesand all individuals into the property.Prevention willbe alwaysthe best resource toarchivegoalsandmission.

Knowledge and Skills

• At least 2~3 years of relevant work experience inLuxuryHotel.
• Self-driven anda strategicresourcing professional.
• Good team spirit, multi-tasking, cooperative with goodcommunicationand interpersonal skills.
• Good command of both written and spoken Spanish and English.
• Managing a Health and Safety program
• Prior experience in supporting business strategy including the promotion of security-based sales/value add to operational programs
• Prior experience in CPR, First Aid,firefightingand crowd management
• Prior experience with security investigations
• Prior experience with physical security equipment and engineering infrastructure
• Experience reporting, investigating, and documentingwork-relatedaccidents and incidents include guest and employee lossin an objective and comprehensive manner.
• CPR certified (certified trainer preferred).
• A passion for teaching and training staff is preferred.

This position requires applicants to have valid work authorization in Mexico

Master Your Craft

• Implement andmaintaina Health and Safety Management system includingmaintainingsafety statements, riskassessmentsandappropriate training
• Schedule,disciplineand direct security personnel in all aspects of security policies and procedures
• Take an active role in the development and implementation of the property’s fire and emergency plan, Fire and Emergency Response preparedness plan and all related training including conducting regular fire drills
• Set-up documentation process for all incidents occurring in the Residences in connection with crime, subversions, potentialliabilitiesand insurance requirements; and in documenting such activitiesremainobjective andwritecomprehensive reports. Advise and recommend a wide variety of control measures appropriate to the incident or event. Directs and/orassistsin internal and external investigations.
• Guide employees in the handling of unusual resident or employee issues, such as, but not limited to, disorderly conduct, thefts, suicides, bomb threats, employee orhomeowner accidents, fire or safety hazards, robberies, terrorist activities, civil disturbance, power or elevator failures, medical assistance and natural disasters.
• Control andmaintainthe order of systems, including but not limited to the CCTV, access control system, alarm systemand fire protection system andestablishescalation plan for systems faults and issuesin a timely manner
• Ability to respond properly to all types ofemergencyor safety situation
• Ability to manage and supervise theday to daysecurity employees of the property and to ensure the safety and security of all residents, employees,personneland the property
