Responsibilities

• Publish, maintain, and distribute job postings across internal and external channels.
• Source candidates through professional networks, university channels, talent communities, and internal databases.
• Review applications and identify candidates meeting role requirements.
• Keep recruitment and HR systems accurate and up-to-date.
• Support candidate engagement events, career fairs, university partnerships, and employer-branding initiatives.
• Provide a welcoming, responsive, and professional experience to candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Handle personal and confidential information responsibly.
