Job summary

Bombardier in Aerospace Mexico (B.A.M) is seeking a Student, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support HRBP activities and client requirements. You will help develop events and work sessions, manage communications, and assist with team diagnostics in a dynamic, multinational aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in psychology, organizational psychology, administration or similar.
• Advanced English proficiency and office software knowledge required.
• Strong discretion, follow-up and attention to detail emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Support HRBP activities and follow up on client requirements.
• Develop events and work sessions for teams.
• Follow up on a customer engagement plan and collaborate with focus groups.
• Generate designs for communications/notices/reminders and run team diagnostics.
• Carry out 360 evaluations and prepare presentations.
• Support voluntary resignations process when needed.
