Bombardier in Aerospace Mexico (B.A.M) is seeking a Project Engineer/Manager to contribute to engineering change planning and manage cross-functional aircraft projects. You will coordinate with multiple sites across Mexico, Canada, and the USA, and help define scope, schedule, and budget for key milestones.

The role requires an engineering degree with 3–8 years in project management or aerospace, strong communication, and bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (French is a plus).

Formación

• Engineering degree or equivalent with 3–8 years PM/aerospace experience.
• Understanding of program/project management processes and principles.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to Engineering Change planning by coordinating with stakeholders across Bombardier sites in Mexico, Canada, USA.
• Support projects and activities related to key milestones for existing and/or new aircraft platforms.
• Assist cross-functional teams in defining project scope, schedule, and budget inputs.
• Define priorities across projects and support schedule updates and communication.
• Identify potential risks and support mitigation planning and follow-up.
• Prepare budget and resource allocation information.
• Prepare project status reports for governance levels.

• Contribute to Engineering Change planning by gathering information and helping coordinate with stakeholders across Bombardier sites in Mexico, Canada, USA;

• Support projects and activities related to key milestones for existing and/or new aircraft platforms;

• Support Integrated Product Development Team (IPDT) cross-functional reviews.

How to thrive in this role?

• You have an Engineering degree/diploma or equivalent working experience, with 3-8 years project management or aerospace;

• You have a basic understanding of Program/Project Management processes and principles;

• You have exposure to aircraft technical and/or manufacturing environments,

• Exposure to structural and/or systems development is an asset.

• You demonstrate a professional attitude and strong communication skills: you are fluent in both English and Spanish. French is an asset.

• You have good organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and commitment to your responsibilities;

• You show initiative, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with guidance;

• You are curious and motivated to grow your technical and project management knowledge;

• You demonstrate problem-solving skills and sound judgment to help move projects forward;

• You have good digital skills.
