Job summary

Bombardier in Mexico is seeking a Project Manager to drive cross-functional efforts across engineering and manufacturing teams. You will help define scope, schedules and budgets, coordinating with stakeholders in Mexico, Canada, and the US to ensure milestone delivery.

The role requires an engineering degree and 3–8 years in project management or aerospace, with fluency in English and Spanish. French is an asset.

Qualifications

• Understanding of PM processes and principles.
• Experience in aircraft technical/manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to Engineering Change planning by coordinating with Bombardier sites.
• Support projects on milestones for existing/new aircraft platforms.
• Assist cross-functional teams in defining scope, schedule, budget.
• Prepare project status reports for governance levels.
• Support Integrated Product Development Team (IPDT) reviews.

What are your contributions to the team?

• Contribute to Engineering Change planning by gathering information and helping coordinate with stakeholders across Bombardier sites in Mexico, Canada, USA;
• Support projects and activities related to key milestones for existing and/or new aircraft platforms;
• Assist cross-functional teams in defining project scope, schedule, and budget inputs;
• Define priorities across projects and support schedule updates and communication;
• Identify potential risks and support mitigation planning and follow-up;
• Prepare budget and resource allocation information;
• Prepare project status reports for different governance levels of the organization;
• Support Integrated Product Development Team (IPDT) cross-functional reviews.

How to thrive in this role?

• You have an Engineering degree/diploma or equivalent working experience, with 3-8 years project management or aerospace;
• You have a basic understanding of Program/Project Management processes and principles;
• You have exposure to aircraft technical and/or manufacturing environments,
  
  • Exposure to structural and/or systems development is an asset.
• You demonstrate a professional attitude and strong communication skills: you are fluent in both English and Spanish. French is an asset.
• You have good organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and commitment to your responsibilities;
• You show initiative, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with guidance;
• You are curious and motivated to grow your technical and project management knowledge;
• You demonstrate problem-solving skills and sound judgment to help move projects forward;
• You have good digital skills.
