Bombardier Transportation GmbH is seeking a Student, Human Resources Business Partner to support HRBP activities in Aerospace Mexico. The role emphasizes learning, engagement plans, and event coordination across client-focused HR initiatives.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a bachelor degree in relevant fields, with strong English skills, proficiency in office software, and a readiness to handle confidential information with attention to detail within a dynamic aerospace environment.

Formación

• Bachelor degree or in progress in Psychology, Organizational psychology, Administration or similar.
• Interested in developing in the area of Human Resources.
• Advanced proficiency level of English.
• Knowledge of office software.
• Schedule availability.
• Competencies: confidentiality, emotional intelligence, follow-up and attention to detail, flexibility.

Responsabilidades

• Support HRBP.
• Follow up on assigned client requirements.
• Develop events and work sessions.
• Follow up on a customer engagement plan; collaborate with focus group sessions.
• Generate designs for communication/notices/reminders.
• Run team diagnostics.
• Carry out 360° evaluations.
• Generate presentations.
• Execute Voluntary Resignations Process.
