Bombardier Transportation GmbH in Mexico is seeking a Student in Organizational Development to help coordinate orientation logistics for new hires and support the creation of training materials.

You will conduct data analysis and prepare reports on organizational development, assist in coordinating cultural and professional development events, and contribute to continuous improvement projects while gaining practical experience.

Formación

• You are currenlty studying in the final semesters of a degree program in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage the logistics of orientation for new hires.
• Create and update training materials, as well as orientation materials for new employees.
• Conduct data analysis and prepare reports related to organizational development.
• Assist in coordinating cultural and professional development events and activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects within the department.
• Provide administrative support to the Organizational Development team.

• You are currenlty studying in the final semesters of a degree program in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• You have an advanced proficiency level of English
• You are interest in organizational development and talent management.
• You have effective communication and teamwork skills.
• You hold the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• You have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva.
• You hold a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
