Bombardier in Aerospace Mexico (B.A.M) is seeking a motivated Student, Human Resources Business Partner - HRBP to join our team. You will support HRBP activities and engage with internal clients while gaining foundational HR experience in a global aerospace leader.

You will follow up on client requirements, develop events and work sessions, participate in engagement plans, and collaborate with focus groups. This temporary role offers exposure to a broad HR remit and professional growth.

Formación

• Currently pursuing a bachelor degree in Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Administration or similar.
• Interested in developing in the HR area.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of office software.
• Schedule availability.
• Competencies: confidentiality, emotional intelligence, follow-up and attention to detail, flexibility.

Responsabilidades

• You will run team diagnostics
