Bombardier Aerospace Mexico (B.A.M) seeks a Student, International Payroll to assist the Payroll Team in processing multi-country payroll. You will prepare payroll journal entries, assist month-end reconciliations, and support case closures in the payroll system.

You will use Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI, while communicating in English. This temporary role offers exposure to international payroll operations in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Formación

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare payroll-related journal entries.
• Assist with month-end payroll reconciliations and payroll provider uploads.
• Support the review, assignment, and closure of cases within the payroll ticketing system.
• Assist in the preparation of payroll and pension reports.
• Support the documentation and maintenance of payroll processes and procedures.
• Assist with submission of share-related information in the TRESS system.
• Review employee expense submissions for payment processing.
• Validate vendor invoices and support the payment approval process.
• Support payroll team in recording and processing transactions to deadlines.
• Collaborate to identify process improvements and support audits.
