tonder is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to partner with our leadership on key projects and operating systems. This role requires turning ambiguity into actionable plans, removing blockers, and driving execution to completion.

You will collaborate across Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Risk, and Customer Success to accelerate performance and outcomes. This is a high-ownership, fast-moving role that values initiative and transparency.

Formación

• Experience in Strategy & Operations or similar high-ownership environment.
• Ability to own and drive cross-functional projects.
• Extremely organized and analytical with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication and documentation.
• Comfortable working directly with founders and senior leadership.
• Ability to prioritize and make progress with incomplete information.
• Strong use of AI and automation to research, analyze, document, and execute.
• Experience in fintech or a high-growth technology company is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Turn company priorities into clear projects with owners, deadlines, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Drive high-priority cross-functional projects from ambiguity through completion.
• Identify execution bottlenecks, understand root causes, and actively remove them.
• Build and improve operating systems for goals, planning, accountability, documentation, and execution.
• Identify repetitive processes and replace them with better systems, automation, or AI workflows.
• Provide leadership with clear visibility into what is moving, what is blocked, and what requires a decision.
• Dive into operational problems instead of merely coordinating between teams.
• Continuously identify what should happen next rather than waiting for the next task.
