Carrier is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead execution of operational processes, projects, and strategic initiatives within their area of expertise. This role requires strong technical knowledge, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to drive projects to successful completion.

The position focuses on improving operational performance, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and delivering results that positively impact multiple areas of the organization in Mexico.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in operations, engineering, project management, or related discipline.
• Experience leading projects, processes, or cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong knowledge within a specific technical or professional discipline.
• Proven ability to manage priorities, resources, and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels.
• Results-oriented with continuous improvement focus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the execution of processes, projects, and initiatives within the assigned area of responsibility.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Manage priorities, resources, and project timelines to achieve business objectives.
• Provide technical and operational leadership to team members and stakeholders.
