Movantis is expanding its product portfolio with a focus on scaling internal back offices and cross-functional services. The role leads enabling functions that serve the whole portfolio and runs cadence to translate roadmap commitments into production outcomes.

You will own automation of key financial and operational processes, drive efficiency, and coordinate cross-functional readiness across Compliance, Risk, Finance, and Technology to ensure timely delivery.

Formación

• 8+ years in product management or product operations, including leadership.
• Track record of scaling operations by automating processes or building internal products.
• Experience building cadence and governance for a multi-product portfolio.
• Fluency in product culture: discovery, outcomes, and roadmap trade-offs.
• Strong analytical foundation; comfortable with data teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own scalable internal back offices and services supporting Finance, Operations, Compliance and Support.
• Automate commissions, settlements, payouts and reconciliation with a focused roadmap.
• Run the Product Command Center to coordinate teams and remove blockers.
• Ensure Alignment of Compliance, Security, Risk, Finance, Commercial, Support and Technology from definition to launch.
• Lead Product Design and Analytics/BI with shared prioritization.
