Tonder is seeking a hands-on Head of Security to own and strengthen our security program across infrastructure, engineering, compliance, and operations. You will define the security roadmap, work directly with Engineering and leadership, and ensure security controls are implemented, automated, monitored, and improved.

Formación

• Experience leading security in fintech, payments, or highly regulated environments.
• Strong PCI DSS exposure and security compliance background.
• Deep AWS security knowledge including IAM, networking, and production systems.
• Proven ability to implement DevSecOps, secure-by-design practices, and automated controls.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own Tonder's security roadmap, priorities, and posture.
• Lead cloud, application, infrastructure security, IAM, secrets management, and production access controls.
