• Define and monitor profitability analysis by business unit.
• Evaluate projects and align them with the business plan.
• Search for new regions of interest and M&A opportunities.
• Search for new regions of interest.
• M&A, scouting opportunities, monitoring.
• Measuring market share and evolution of each BU.
• Mapping competitors and market strategies.
• Benchmarks for innovation and new technologies in the sector.
