Responsabilidades

• Support the legal department in reviewing legal documents such as contracts and NDAs.
• Conduct legal research and identify regulatory changes relevant to the business.
• Organize and maintain physical and electronic files.
• Provide support in administrative activities for the legal department.

Conocimientos

Experience in the legal field

Advanced English

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office

To ensure the company’s legal compliance by protecting its interests, as well as the efficient management of legal documentation, and to improve internal coordination and communication with the company’s various departments.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Support the legal department in reviewing legal documents such as contracts, NDAs, official letters, and others.
• Conduct legal research and identify regulatory changes relevant to the business (reforms in laws and regulations of the energy sector).
• Organize and maintain physical and electronic files.
• Provide support in administrative activities for the legal department.

Qualifications

• Experience in the legal field
• Advanced English
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
