You will coordinate cross-functional activities with management and multiple departments to deliver projects on time and within budget. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years experience, bilingual Spanish-English, and strong leadership and analytical skills.

Formación

• Education: University/bachelor’s degree or Equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience or equivalent knowledge and skills.
• Bilingual Spanish-English preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP/ISO and labor law is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and negotiates solutions to complex problems.
• Lead events and workplace initiatives on time and within budget.
• Builds dashboards and reporting tools for leadership decisions.
• Coordinate space planning and workforce accommodation projects.
• Monitor project metrics and ensure successful execution.
