Jabil is seeking a Training Specialist to plan, design, and evaluate training programs that enhance change management, career development, and organizational effectiveness. You will collaborate with management to provide effective training solutions aligned with strategic initiatives and measure program impact.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required.
• 1–3 years of experience in training.
• DDI Facilitator Certification preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify training needs and solutions through analysis.
• Develop and deliver a core supervisor training curriculum.
• Maintain Education & Training Matrix and training records.
• Coordinate with leadership to plan and execute programs.
• Ensure transfer of learning through follow-up activities.
