Jabil is seeking a Purchasing leader to ensure supply aligns with demand, optimize costs, and support business development with customers. The role drives purchasing strategy, mentors the Materials staff, and implements cost-saving initiatives across the operation.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree with five years in purchasing, including supervisory experience; APICS/CPM certifications are preferred.

• Bachelor's degree preferred; five years experience, including two years in supervisory role.
• APICS and CPM certifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, interview and hire Purchasing Supervisors and Planner/Buyers.
• Create and manage succession plans for Materials function.
• Coach Materials staff in the interviewing/hiring process.
• Monitor team member turnover and drive improvements in key metrics.
• Define, develop and implement a Materials strategy aligned with campus directions.

Educación

Bachelor's degree preferred

APICS CPM certifications preferred
