Lab49/ION is seeking a Talent Special Projects Manager to drive complex talent initiatives in a rapidly growing organization. You will partner with Talent Leadership to refine and advance our people strategies, aligning with business growth and needs.

You will report to the Head of Global Talent Engagement and collaborate across engineering, product, and design teams to design and implement scalable learning and development programs.

Formación

• 3-7 years of experience in Talent Engagement and Management.
• Ability to operate comfortably with ambiguity and complexity.
• Organized with an attention to detail and proven project delivery.
• Proven ability to influence and partner with various levels of employees.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or equivalent work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Trusted partner to talent leadership, executing Lab49 Talent projects to meet 5-year growth objectives.
• Anticipate business needs and develop talent management processes to grow the business.
• Translate complex situations into viable people-focused initiatives aligned with business strategies.
• Collaborate on designing and implementing talent strategies addressing retention and development.
• Drive change initiatives through communication, training, and rollout of new people programs.
• Analyze trends and use data to influence changes to HR processes.
