Lab49/ION seeks a Talent Special Projects Manager to drive complex talent initiatives across engineering, product and design. You will work with Talent Leadership to execute strategic projects, refine objectives, and accelerate growth.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with talent leadership to execute Lab49 Talent projects aligned with 5-year growth goals.
• Anticipate needs, analyze data, and implement new talent processes to grow the business.
• Design and implement talent strategies and learning & development programs.
• Drive change initiatives through communication, training, and rollout of new or updated people programs.
• Provide coaching on complex employee matters with empathy and good judgment.
