The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Recruiter Analyst to support full-cycle recruitment for CPS Mexico, partnering with hiring managers and HR teams to attract, screen, interview, and onboard top talent across functions.

You will build inclusive talent strategies across Latin America, manage requisitions and pipelines, track recruitment metrics, and implement sourcing innovations that strengthen our workforce and culture.

Formación

• Experience managing full recruitment lifecycle across multiple levels.
• Ability to source passive candidates and build pipelines.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with hiring managers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for CPS Mexico across multiple roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to define requirements and develop strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines via networking, universities, and external channels.
• Create engaging job ads and coordinate interviews with internal/external candidates.
• Track requisition status, recruitment metrics, and hiring activity updates.
