Hunter Douglas in Mexico is seeking a Supply Planning professional to drive demand and supply planning for final assembly sites, focusing on inventory reduction and service optimization.

You will lead end-to-end planning initiatives, set inventory targets, collaborate with Demand and Procurement, and support S&OE processes with 12+ month rolling forecasts and risk mitigation. A 2+ year background in Logistics or supply chain is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Minimum 2+ years in Logistics, Operations/Manufacturing, or related supply chain.
• Understanding End to End Supply Chain flow and interdependencies.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional partnering skills.
• MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; SAP/IBP knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Create and manage supply plans for final assembly sites to reduce inventories and costs while maximizing service.
• Establish inventory targets and review tolerances, MOQs and lead times.
• Collaborate with Demand and Procurement to address forecast discrepancies and reduce excess inventory.
• Lead product life cycle planning from new launches to end-of-life, including E&O management.
• Support S&OE with 12+ month rolling forecast, risk mitigation, and cross-functional communication.
• Communicate effectively with team leaders and stakeholders to ensure timely planning.
