Hunter Douglas, Inc. in Mexico seeks a Supply Planning Lead to manage supply requirements, materials, inventory strategies, and capacity planning for final assembly sites.

You will drive inventory targets, MOQs considerations, and collaborate with Demand and Procurement to minimize costs while maximizing customer service. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in logistics or supply chain, strong analytical and communication skills, MS Excel/PowerPoint proficiency, and SAP/IBP knowledge.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 2+ years in Logistics, Operations/Manufacturing, or supply chain.
• Understanding of end-to-end supply chain and interdependencies.
• MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• APICS certification a plus; not required.
• Six Sigma/process excellence tools knowledge a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Create and manage supply plans for final assembly sites to reduce inventory and costs while maintaining service.
• Lead lifecycle planning: new product launches and end-of-life, including EOL and obsolescence management.
• Provide 12+ month rolling forecasts to suppliers and coordinate with Demand/Procurement teams.
• Support S&OE process with timely production plans and material needs.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment across functions.
