Puig Deutschland GmbH in Mexico City is seeking a seasoned Demand & Supply Planning professional to drive end-to-end S&OP, aligning demand, supply and financial plans to ensure product availability and optimal inventory. You will lead the forecasting process, collaborate with regional teams, and continuously improve planning accuracy.

The role requires 5+ years in demand and supply planning in a global or regional context, a related bachelor’s degree, and strong English communication skills.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in demand and supply planning in global or regional settings.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Proficient English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Execute end-to-end S&OP process, consolidating demand and supply inputs for decision-making.
• Manage replenishment and production planning to assure product availability.
• Align cross-functional stakeholders to implement agreed plans.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and inventory levels across the network.
• Analyze deviations between forecast, budget and actuals, identifying risks.
