This role reports to the Supply Planning Lead and drives supply requirements, inventory strategies, and capacity management to support customer satisfaction. You will lead end-to-end planning, manage MOQs and lead times, and collaborate with Demand and Procurement to

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 2+ years in Logistics, Operations/Manufacturing, or equivalent supply chain experience.
• SAP/IBP knowledge required.
• APICS certification a plus; not required.
• Experience with Six Sigma/Process Excellence tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Create and manage supply plans for final assembly sites to reduce inventories and costs while maximizing service.
• Establish inventory targets to achieve desired service levels and review MOQs and lead times.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle planning including NPI and EOL activities.
• Provide 12+ month rolling forecasts to suppliers and coordinate with Demand and Procurement.
• Support S&OE with timely production plans and material needs.
