Job summary

Flowserve, a global leader in flow control, seeks a Supply Chain Program Lead – Cooling to drive the end-to-end supply chain strategy for data center cooling. You will work with cross-functional teams across Procurement, Engineering, Operations, and Commercial to ensure cost, capacity, quality, lead times, and delivery performance.

The role requires 7+ years in supply chain, experience with industrial equipment, and strong strategic sourcing capabilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain.
• Experience in industrial equipment, pumps, hydraulics, HVAC or similar engineered products.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, global supply-chain programs.
• Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing and supplier management.
• Excellent analytical, project-management, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with senior executives, cross-functional leaders, and global suppliers.
• Knowledge of the supply base within the BU area of operation (products/markets etc).
• Understanding of market dynamics and both commercial and technical supply chain aspects.
• Geographically mobile for development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end Supply Chain strategy and cost reduction initiatives for the Cooling business.
• Lead the Supply Chain organization to execute the strategy across the program.
• Establish, with Supplier Business Leads, should-cost and target-cost models.
• Identify supplier consolidation, design standardization, and make vs buy opportunities.
• Track material cost performance against program business cases.
• Translate market growth projections into capacity, sourcing, and supplier strategies.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans; define regional footprint and scalable models.
• Coordinate with Strategic Sourcing on capacity expansion and capital investments.
• Ensure rapid demand readiness and supply chain alignment for new product launches.
