Job summary

Flowserve is seeking a highly experienced Supply Chain Program Lead - Cooling to architect and lead a scalable, resilient supply chain for data center cooling components. You will align with Category Management and Strategic Sourcing to deliver cost reductions and robust supplier strategies, ensuring readiness for rapid growth across regions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain.
• Experience with industrial equipment, pumps, hydraulics, HVAC or similar engineered products.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, global supply-chain programs.
• Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing and supplier management.
• Excellent analytical, project-management, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work with senior executives and cross-functional leaders.
• Knowledge of the supply base within BU area of operation.

Responsibilities

• Support developing the end-to-end Supply Chain strategy and cost reduction initiatives for the Cooling business.
• Establish should-cost and target-cost models with Supplier Business Leads and Pricing.
• Identify opportunities for supplier consolidation, design standardization, and make vs buy optimization.
• Track material cost performance against program business cases.
• Translate market growth projections and customer requirements into capacity and sourcing strategies.
• Identify supply-chain risks and establish mitigation plans.
• Define supply-chain footprint across regions to support volume growth.
• Coordinate with Strategic Sourcing on supplier capacity expansion and capital-investment requirements.
• Ensure Design for Supply Chain/Cost/Manufacturing principles are incorporated.
• Coordinate FPAP and production ramp-up activities where applicable.
