Formación

• BS/BA in a relevant field with 8–10 years of experience.
• Experience with ERP systems including SAP/Oracle.
• Strong negotiation and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to lead and develop site supply chain teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the site supply chain team to meet objectives.
• Drive cost reduction and improve on-time delivery and quality.
• Collaborate with Global Supply Chain and suppliers for performance.
• Monitor KPIs and manage supplier risk and inflation.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, and Customers on quality and NCRs.
• Implement and sustain procurement tools and processes.
