Job summary

Johnson Controls seeks a recent graduate for its Supply Chain & Operations Rotational Associate program in Apodaca, Mexico. The role spans four 6-month assignments across operations, supply chain, and procurement, with relocation every six months to different Johnson Controls manufacturing areas.

The program develops future leaders through hands-on experiences in supplier planning, production scheduling, MRP, lean initiatives, and KPI monitoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Procurement, Logistics or Engineering.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Dive into data collection and insightful analysis.
• Assist in supplier selection and evaluation.
• Excel in Production Scheduling, Materials Requirement Planning, and supplier coordination.
• Oversee daily production support, capacity management and scheduling analysis.
• Support lean manufacturing initiatives and KPI reporting.
