Johnson Controls seeks a Supplier Scheduler to manage purchasing for production plans. You will analyze MRP, place and expedite purchase orders, and keep stock aligned with production needs.

You will monitor vendor performance, resolve issues quickly, and provide forecasts and parameters to ensure material availability. The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 1 year in purchasing, strong English skills, leadership, and the ability to work under pressure in a manufacturing

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree with +1 year in purchasing.
• Fluent English written and spoken.
• Leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Service attitude and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong decision-making, communication, analytical and negotiation skills.
• Experience in manufacturing planning capacity.
• Ability to read MRP reports, stock status and variance reports.
• SAP query experience.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze MRP demand and replenish stocks timely.
• Place purchase orders and expedite delivery to meet production needs.
• Review open requirements and expediting or deferring as needed.
• Monitor vendor performance and provide corrective actions.
• Communicate delivery, pricing and invoicing issues to vendors promptly.
• Provide forecasts to specified vendors per schedule.
• Update purchasing parameters for material availability and stock levels.
• Implement material-related projects.
• Resolve discrepancy problems promptly.
• Comply with Johnson Controls Safety commitments and audits.
