Johnson Controls seeks a Master Scheduler to design and manage production schedules, coordinating with sales, logistics, and manufacturing to align resources and delivery dates. The role requires developing near-term builds and ensuring schedules reflect shop constraints and materials availability.

Responsibilities include coordinating with ERP and reporting tools to track plant health, supporting S&OE meetings, and driving continuous improvement in scheduling processes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, business administration, computer science, or a related certification.
• 3-5 years in materials management, production planning, or scheduling in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical capabilities to optimize plans with constraints.
• Travel: 5%-10%.

Responsabilidades

• Develop assembly line build schedules for 0-12 weeks.
• Align with Sales & Demand planning for build requirements.
• Coordinate with shop engineers to incorporate constraints into scheduling.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and participate in forecasting.
