Johnson Controls is seeking a Supplier Scheduler to manage purchasing requirements and ensure timely stock replenishment. You will review orders, expedite deliveries, and maintain minimum inventories aligned with production plans.

The role requires 1+ year in purchasing, English fluency, and strong analytical/negotiation skills. Experience with MRP and SAP is preferred; safety commitments and cross-functional collaboration are part of daily duties.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years’ experience in purchasing.
• Fluent English written and spoken.

• Experience in manufacturing planning.
• Ability to read MRP reports, stock status reports and variance reports.
• Knowledge of running queries on SAP.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze MRP demand and replenish stocks timely.
• Place purchase orders and expedite delivery to meet production requirements.
• Review open requirements and expediting or deferring as needed.
• Monitor vendor performance via OTD and provide corrective actions.
• Provide forecasts to vendors according to schedule.
• Update purchasing parameters for material availability.
• Implement material-related projects.
• Resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Comply with JCI Safety Commitment and participate in Safety activities.
