Johnson Controls in Durango, Mexico, seeks a Supplier Scheduler to manage material requirements and ensure on-time delivery, minimizing stock-outs by reviewing Follow Up data and adjusting replenishment parameters.

You will monitor vendor performance, expedite orders, provide forecasts, and maintain optimal inventory levels while complying with safety commitments. Fluent English and SAP experience are essential for success.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree with 1+ years of purchasing experience
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Experience reading MRP reports & stock status reports
• Knowledge of SAP and manufacturing planning capacity
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

Responsabilidades

• Analyze MRP demand and replenish stocks timely
• Place purchase orders and expedite delivery to align with production schedule
• Review open requirements and manage Follow Up or Open Order
• Monitor vendor performance and drive corrective actions
• Communicate delivery, pricing, and invoicing issues to vendors
• Provide forecasts to specified vendors according to schedule
• Update purchasing parameters for material availability and stock levels
• Implement material-related projects
• Resolve discrepancies promptly
• Comply with JCI Safety Commitment Letter and participate in Safety Subcommittees and Audits
