Johnson Controls invites a procurement business partner to join its Indirect Procurement organization in North America. The role focuses on interfacing with business units, deploying category strategies, and driving cost savings across multiple plants, distribution centers, and corporate offices.

You will own spend analytics, manage supplier performance, and lead negotiations to standardize demand and reduce total cost of ownership while collaborating with stakeholders across functions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum six years of experience in planning, project management, purchasing, or procurement.
• Proficient in English and business communications.
• Proficient in strategic sourcing for indirect procurement and ERP/MRP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Interface with business units to ensure category strategies are deployed.
• Identify cost savings and working capital improvements.
• Lead RFx processes and supplier negotiations.
• Own spend analysis and supplier performance management.
• Drive process improvements to simplify procurement and increase user satisfaction.
