Qualifications

• 4+ years in content strategy and creation across digital and social channels.
• On-camera presence with hands-on video production skills.
• End-to-end scriptwriting and storytelling abilities.
• Workflow and channel management across multiple social platforms.
• Editorial planning and cross-functional collaboration with agencies/creators.
• Data-driven approach to engagement metrics and audience insights.
• Native Spanish with advanced professional English.

Responsibilities

• Own content strategy: pillars, formats, campaign arcs, seasonal angles.
• Build and maintain a rolling content calendar across channels.
• Translate hero campaigns into organic social executions.
• Analyze performance and turn insights into strategy.
• Audit and improve content quality: formats, tone, visuals, platform fit.
• Manage relationships with creative partners and providers.
• Partner with Paid Social to align organic and paid.
• Own copy creation and QA for content across platforms.
• Lead localization and tropicalization of content.
