Job summary

ASIO is seeking a Social Media Content Creator in Cancún to plan, produce, and publish content across all social channels. The role combines content strategy, copy, and multimedia production for a hybrid setup.

You will manage posts, collaborate with design and marketing teams, and adapt to trends while supporting product launches and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in social media, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Strong writing and editing skills for social media.
• Experience creating visual and video content with common tools (Canva, CapCut, or similar).
• Good knowledge of the major platforms and what works on each.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and the ability to act on it.

• Write clear, engaging copy and captions that match our brand voice.
• Create images, short videos, stories and reels, working with our designers.

• Stay on top of social media trends and bring ideas to content brainstorms.
• Support marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Reply to comments and messages from our community quickly and professionally.
• Work closely with marketing and other teams to keep messaging consistent.

You’ll turn our product, our users’ stories and our daily webinars into content that people want to watch and share. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Cancún, with flexibility to work part of the week from home.

What you’ll do

• Plan and maintain a content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook and X
• Write clear, engaging copy and captions that match our brand voice
• Create images, short videos, stories and reels, working with our designers
• Schedule and publish posts
• Track performance (reach, engagement, conversions) and adjust content based on the data
• Stay on top of social media trends and bring ideas to content brainstorms
• Support marketing campaigns and product launches
• Reply to comments and messages from our community quickly and professionally
• Work closely with marketing and other teams to keep messaging consistent

What we’re looking for

• Experience in social media, marketing, communications, or a related field

• Comfortable working in a hybrid setup: in person in Cancún and independently from home
• Excellent written and spoken English; Spanish is a plus
• Basic knowledge of branding and digital marketing (audiences, visual identity)
• Open to feedback and eager to learn new tools and trends
• A degree or certification in a related field is a plus, but not required
