Yanfeng is seeking a Senior Master Scheduler to manage the end-to-end production schedule, balancing capacity, inventory, and demand to meet customer delivery targets, inventory turns, and utilization goals.

You will lead capacity planning, coordinate with manufacturing and supply chain, perform root-cause analysis on deviations, and drive improvements in scheduling processes using MRP methodologies and standard ERP tools such as MS Office, QAD, PRO, and MFG.

Formación

• 5-7 minimum years of experience in the field.
• 3-5 minimum years of experience in the automotive industry.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee scheduling activities to balance production and inventory with demand.
• Report finished goods and components based on capacity requirements.
• Communicate short and long-term customer production needs.
• Address production issues timely and develop solutions to improve performance.
• Calculate requirements for raw materials, WIP, purchases, and packaging via MRP.
• Publish and analyze Actual vs. Scheduled Production, Downtime and KPIs.
• Lead efforts to improve or install new scheduling processes.
• Coordinate equipment repairs or maintenance with zero customer impact.
• Plan and execute product bank builds per company policies.
• Participate in physical inventory and engineering change meetings.
