Job summary

Capgemini Mexico is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to transform business requirements into clear technical specifications and maintain detailed User Stories. You will collaborate with Product Owners, Technology Leads, and Data teams to ensure end-to-end process alignment and production support for business applications.

The role requires 4–5 years in Agile contexts, strong communication skills, and hands-on experience with Jira and Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, or a similar role within Agile environments.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience working with cross‑functional product teams.
• Hands‑on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile project management tools, as well as Visio and BPMN process modeling.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications, including process maps, wireframes, and data models.
• Create and maintain detailed User Stories, ensuring all business context, requirements, and supporting analysis are available to development teams.
• Define test scenarios and support Product Owners in creating effective acceptance criteria to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to maintain end‑to‑end process and system alignment.
• Manage and prioritize backlog items, provide production support for business applications, and maintain accurate project documentation.
