Job summary

Capgemini Mexico, a global leader in engineering and technology services, is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our agile teams. You will gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications, including process maps, wireframes, and data models.

You will create and maintain User Stories, define test scenarios, and support Product Owners to ensure successful solution delivery.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer in Agile environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Visio, BPMN process modeling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data modeling knowledge.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Responsibilities
