American International Group (AIG) is seeking a Real Estate and Workplace Services Lead in Mexico City to manage our corporate real estate portfolio, workplace services, and related projects across owned and leased facilities.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least 5 years in facilities management, advanced English, and excellent Excel skills; you will oversee budgets, vendor contracts, health and safety, and business continuity while leading a team to deliver services on time and

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in Civil Engineering, Real Estate, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management or similar roles.
• Advanced English language level for meetings with international teams.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and macros.

Responsabilidades

• Manage corporate real estate portfolio and workplace services across owned and leased properties.
• Plan and oversee budgets, cost development, and vendor contracts.
• Oversee health, safety, and environmental policies and training.
• Govern third-party providers, governance policies, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate corporate services including security, logistics, and infrastructure projects.
• Lead a team to deliver professional operational services in-country.
