American International Group (AIG) seeks a Real Estate and Workplace Services Lead in Mexico City to guide daily operations across three offices, overseeing facilities, security, and space planning to support 500+ employees.

You will manage budgets, supplier relationships, third‑party contracts, and health, safety, and environment programs while driving cost efficiencies and a responsive, productive workplace.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Real Estate, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in facilities management or similar roles.
• Advanced English, including meetings with colleagues in other countries.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables and macros) desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead corporate real estate portfolio management and related workplace services.
• Manage budgets, cost controls, and identify savings opportunities.
• Oversee supplier relationships, contracts, and third‑party governance.
• Support health, safety, environment policies and training.
• Drive business continuity planning and incident management.
• Coordinate projects, relocations, and workspace utilization.
