QST Solutions is seeking a Program Manager in Mexicali to lead a portfolio of automotive sensing projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules and budgets, and report progress to stakeholders.

Responsibilities include lifecycle oversight, risk control, and ensuring on-time delivery of new products and processes, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction in a global manufacturing environment.

Formación

Engineering or business background, or equivalent Program Manager experience.
Core tools (APQP, PFMEA, PPAP).
Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma.
Program management certification.
1–2 years as program manager.
Microsoft Office, Minitab, Microsoft Project, Design Software.
Fluent in English spoken.

Responsabilidades

Participate in all aspects of assigned programs throughout the project lifecycle to ensure completion within defined scope, quality, schedule, and cost constraints.
Ensure the successful and timely completion of project tasks and requirements in an effective and efficient manner.
Monitor timelines, budgets, and activities.
Apply change, risk, and resource management practices.
Resolve project-related issues.
Ensure project objectives are achieved while maintaining satisfaction of internal and external customers.
Produce accurate and timely program status reports throughout the program lifecycle.
Prepare quotations for new products and/or processes, as well as changes to existing ones.
