Job summary

Sensata Technologies is seeking a Production Planning Analyst in Mexico to develop and execute a supply chain that ensures on-time delivery, improved customer lead times, and enhanced financial performance. The role centers on capacity planning, production scheduling, and KPI reporting to site management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan production for manufacturing lines and maintain routings.
• Generate production plans and shop orders; monitor capacity vs. forecast.
• Analyze requirements and plan capacity; run what-if scenarios.
• Identify production problems and implement recovery plans.
• Coordinate with production supervisors, purchasing, and customer service to meet needs.
• Expedite flow of materials and documents to meet schedule and customer expectations.
• Utilize ERP to develop and track KPIs; report to site management.
• Set finished goods inventory goals and review inventory models.
