Responsibilities

• Support planning and scheduling of raw materials for production.
• Monitor supplier delivery performance against materials schedule.
• Create work orders, review messages, expedite and follow up production priorities and regular schedules.
• Coordinate internal processing and movement of materials from stores to the production line to meet manufacturing schedule requirements.
• Organize shipments for dispatch from the supply base to ensure on time delivery at the plant.
• Maintain an optimum level of finished product inventory, ensuring service levels.
• Comply with Sarbox controls and escalate any non-conformities.
